But seriously, I can’t say that I’m a fan of Susan Strong, she’s just.. … we’ll say it’s because she’s not very complex. Also, she’s too old for Finn, since they established that PB was too old at age 18-ish, which Susan is definitely not. I personally like the Finn-Flame Princess dynamic because it has so many obstacles involved. It’s sweet that they have to be so determined to be with each other, and I think it’s a credit to the AT writers for creating such a complicated relationship in a “kid’s” show. I don’t think the relationship is necessarily doomed (we’ll see come the season finale with the Lich King, eh?), I think it’ll just be a tricky one.
So, in closing. …Ew.
