MMMmmmm. Sharp Cheddar. You buy Tillamook or Boar’s Head?
No Tillamook for us (too sweet). Black Diamond is our first choice for store-bought, though we have a cheesemonger in the local market where we buy a glorious 2-year-old white cheddar in a white wax rind. Never figured out what the brand name is, but it’s the best I’ve ever had!
